Disney World Florida

Orlando Theme Park

Walt Disney World, commonly referred to as just ‘Disney World’, is the both the flagship and largest of Disney's many resorts, located in the Bay Lake/Lake Buena Vista area of Southwest Orlando in Central Florida.

This is a giant collection of interlinked Disney theme parks, theatres, museums, galleries shops, restaurants, and bars – providing an entire vacation’s worth of entertainment for the millions of domestic and international visitors Orlando receives every year.

Disney World’s biggest draw, of course, is its theme parks. It has four in total, plus two waterparks including some world-famous names such as Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Entrance for individual parks generally starts from $100 per person for the day. However, ticket options at Disney World are hugely flexible, with ‘park-hopper’ and multi-day family passes all available. For example, a three-day ‘park-hopper’ works out to be around $330 per person. Other dining, shopping and nightlife areas are free to access, although certain venues and shows will charge individual entrance fees.

Below, explore our full guide to Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, including all the major theme parks, waterparks and other attractions of interest.
